Introduction

Netlist U.2 solid-state drive (SSD) NVMe™ protocol interface speed and performance meets the highest embedded storage requirements in industrial and rugged applications. PCIe 3.1 x4 slot (8 Gb/s per lane) performance is 4-6X faster access, over 3X lower latency, and higher Input/Output per Second (IOPS) compared to Serial ATA (SATA) 6 Gb/s SSDs. Stable operation and performance from -40°C to 85°C with Dynamic Thermal Throttling automatically enabled. NVMe is compliant to the NVMe 1.3 specifications configured with 3D NAND TLC technology.
